Basseterre, St. Kitts – On Wednesday, September 3, 2024, the Public Works Department’s Road Team continues to patch the Kim Collins Highway, repair the culvert near the Fisheries Complex at the C. A. Paul Southwell Industrial Site, and reinstate the road in St. Peters.
